The driving force behind Cyprus Property Associates (CPA) is David Newton. David first visited Cyprus as a teenager in 1968, in the days prior to the Turkish invasion, when Kato Paphos was little more than a fishing harbour, and when all flights arrived in Nicosia via Athens. After graduating from The English School, Nicosia, David returned to the UK to attend university. His father, Reg, was re-married in 1969 to Loulla, and their two sons by that marriage are now both married and live with their families in Larnaca, as do Reg and Loulla. David is married to Rose, whom he met in …. Cyprus!

Whilst pursuing a career in business management, David’s heart was never far from Cyprus, and he has lost count of how many times he has visited the island over more than 38 years.
